A Man's Castle Belongs in His Dishwasher

When buying used hobby items you can never be sure where they have been or what they have had done to them.

My most recent hobby purchase was a kids castle at the swap meet.

It was a Disney toy and it was very dirty.  It had lots of nooks and crannies in it.  Too many to adequately clean by hand.

So I opened it up and tossed it into the dishwasher.  Alone, with no soap, on the lowest heat setting, China, and ran it one cycle.

Then I laid it out on a puppy pad to dry, it was much cleaner!

No damage, nothing warped, and yet, all clean.  Now to disassemble it and remove the wiring and begin the repainting process.
